About the Research Authority

The Research Authority was established to provide support for research conducted by academic staff in Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem in their area of ​​expertise.

The activity of the Research Authority include:

Research Grants

  • Collecting information on the submission of proposals for research grants and potential funding sources and disseminating information among faculty members. Includes information on internal and external research grants and the various possibilities for their receipt
  • Administrative support in the application process for research grants

Industry Relations

The Authority develops and maintains connections between leading companies in the Israeli and global economy and the various engineering departments at the College:

  • Recruitment of representatives of companies in the relevant fields of activity to join advisory teams for academic departments
  • Assistance in organizing site visits to various factories, companies, and laboratories in Israel
  • Assisting in execution of engineering projects (final project for students) within leading companies in Israel

International Cooperation

The Research Authority is responsible for the creation and operation of joint research and applied research programs between international institutions and Azrieli College:
